HUMMER just announced that it will begin the wind down process of the division after the agreement with Sichuan Tengshong Heavy Industrial Machinery company could not be completed.

On the heels of that announcement, General Motors also mentioned that throughout the wind down process which will take several months, they are open to viable alternatives for a new buyer.

As the President of Tustin HUMMER, I want to assure our customers that we remain optimistic of the outcome, will continue to care for your vehicle and General Motors will continue to honor Hummer warranties and provide service and parts to current Hummer owners worldwide.
